More than one site, one person to call
A regional logistics or warehouse operator with more than one location usually doesn't need a new brand of circuit. They need someone to keep the circuits up, keep a usable static path at each site, and stop chasing three invoices when one yard is dark.
That's the job. We manage a mix of fiber and a secondary or wireless path (sometimes a consumer-grade fiber handoff plus a managed overlay). VLANs and static blocks where the network actually needs them. One bill. One throat to choke. We do this kind of work in Greater Boston and around the region.

What "managed" means here
Keep the paths honest. A second circuit only helps if it doesn't share the same lateral, the same closet mess, or the same failure. Wired plus wireless is the usual split. Static path at each location. Warehouses, yards, and offices that run scanners, VPN, or cameras usually need a stable public IP, not a residential DHCP lease that changes when the modem reboots.
One bill, one escalation. We consolidate the circuits we manage. When something's down, you call us. We don't send you to a national hold queue to argue about whose last-mile it is.
Overlay when the last-mile is already there. If a site already has fiber (including a consumer-grade drop the landlord left behind), we can often leave that in place and manage the handoff, the router, and the failover. The point is a working WAN, not a rip-and-replace for its own sake.

How it usually starts
- List the sites. Town, what's already in the closet, and whether you need a static IP or VLANs on day one.
- Say what "up" means. Primary only, or primary plus a second path that fails differently.
- We tell you what we can manage. Fiber we can overlay, rooftop wireless we can install, or a mix. If a site is a miss, we say so.
