How fast is fast enough?

GigTier for a full house

The short answer: if you have a full house or you work from home, GigTier gives everyone room. GigTier from $49/mo (50 Mbps min, 100 Mbps burst). That is the plan we lead with for homes in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine when the newer equipment can reach you. One person can take a video call while others stream or browse.

Great for working from home, video calls, and a busy house streaming at once.

See the published cards on the residential pricing page.

Where GigTier isn't available yet

Where GigTier isn't available yet, Standard from $48/mo (15 Mbps with bursts up to 50) is usually enough for email, browsing, and a stream or two. We show Standard pricing only for addresses that are not yet eligible for GigTier. If your house is mostly email, news, and an evening show, Standard is the practical fit.

Great for email, browsing, and a stream or two.

Bigger needs

Speeds up to 2 Gbps are available for some homes. Ask us about it or call 877-412-9434. That is not a listed residential plan, and not every address can get it. If you think you need more than the published GigTier cards, tell us the address. We will tell you what your location can support.

Not sure which plan to start with?
